The following symptoms in persons with moderate or higher physical strength:
Early colds (without sweating), head colds, rhinitis, headaches, stiff shoulders, muscle pain,

*Between meals means 2 to 3 hours after meals.
Age: 1 dose: Number of doses per day
Adults (15 years old and over): 1 packet: 3 times a day before or between meals
7 to 14 years old: 2/3 packs: 3 times a day before or between meals
4 to 6 years old: 1/2 packet: 3 times a day before or between meals
2 to 3 years old: 1/3 packet: 3 times a day before or between meals
